REFUND POLICY

This Refund policy describes how Cart-Power LLP (Administration) processes refund requests.

This Moneyback policy applies to cart-power.com, hd.cart-power.com, store.cart-power.com and marketplace.cs-cart.com.

Main provisions of the Refund policy 

1. Refund procedure

1.1. Regarding the procedure of canceling the program/service, as well as the return of funds, the User is obliged to contact the Administration by sending an application at the email address [email protected]. The application for refund should contain the ID number of the order, for which the Client asks for a refund. The customer should also indicate the reasons for order cancellation.
1.2. The full refund of funds by the User, minus the actual costs of the Administration (commissions of banking, credit organizations and relevant payment systems for receiving funds and for returning funds to the User) is carried out by the Administration, subject to the User submitting a written request to the email address of the Administration [email protected] for a refund before the expiration of 30 days from the date of payment.
1.3. The period for consideration of an application is 1-2 (up to two) business days from the moment the refund request is received by the Administration. The decision on the application is made by the Administration individually, and the term of refund is defined by the Administration on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund terms

2.1. Ready-to-use solutions (add-ons, add-on packages) available on websites of the Administration are refundable within 30 days from the date of purchase.


The Administration offers the following alternatives to a refund:

  • Exchange for a different add-on. Exchange for a more expensive solution requires a cost difference payment made by the User. Exchange for a cheaper solution ensures that the cost difference is converted to technical support credits saved in the User’s HelpDesk account.
  • Exchange for technical support credits.


2.1.1. Only the software (add-ons, add-on packages) purchased at its full cost is fully refundable.
2.1.2 The software (add-ons, add-on packages) purchased with discounts, as a part of special offers, or during promotions is not subject to refund.
2.1.3. Only the first purchased license for an add-on, add-on package is refundable. Extra licenses for the same add-on, add-on package purchased by the User are not subject to refund.
2.2. Power App, the mobile application by Cart-Power LLP (Administration), is not subject to refund.
2.3. Refund terms of 3d-party developers apply to their software offered on the websites of the Administration.
2.3.1 The CS-Cart licenses, license upgrades or upgrade subscriptions offered on the websites of the Administration are not subject to refund.
2.3.2 The licenses for the software by AlexBranding, purchased on the websites of the Administration store.cart-power.com/uni-theme.html, store.cart-power.com/youpi-theme.html may be cancelled only under the conditions established by the developer: refund is allowed only if access to the software has not been opened yet.
2.3.3 The licenses for the software by Energothemes, purchased on the websites of the Administration store.cart-power.com/vivashop-ultimate.html, store.cart-power.com/vivashop-multivendor.html, may be cancelled only under the conditions established by the developer: refund is not allowed under any circumstances.
2.4. Refund for the technical support credits (store.cart-power.com/80-credits.html, store.cart-power.com/160-credits.html, store.cart-power.com/320-credits.html) is not allowed under any circumstances.
2.5. Refund for the technical support service packages (store.cart-power.com/services) is allowed only if service provision has not been started yet. If work on a tech. support request has been started or finished, no refund is issued.
2.6. Refund for the installation service (installation of an add-on, design theme, CS-Cart) is allowed only if service provision has not been started yet or if the customer’s server does not allow the installation. If the installation has been started or finished, no refund is issued.
2.7. Refund for license upgrades (exchange of a license for an add-on, design theme, CS-Cart for a more expensive license edition) is not allowed under any circumstances.
2.8. Refund for upgrade subscription prolongation (renewal of access to new versions of add-ons, design themes, CS-Cart) is not allowed under any circumstances.
2.9. Refund for dedicated technical support service (blocks of technical support hours) is issued partially in the re-calculation for unused hours. The cost of the unused hours is returned.
2.10. Refund for the custom development service is issued partially in the re-calculation for the completed amount of work, provided the custom development has been started. The cost of the unused hours is returned.
Refund for the custom development service is reviewed by the Administration individually, provided the custom development has not been started yet.
2.11. Refund for the search engine optimization service (SEO) is issued partially in the re-calculation for the completed amount of work, provided the search engine optimization service has been started. The cost of the unused hours is returned.

3. Disputes

Any disputes in connection to the Policy are to be submitted at the email address of the Administration [email protected] and are reviewed by the Administration during 1-2 business days. Applications from unidentified or anonymous Users are not accepted.
