User Consent to Personal Data Processing

In accordance with the personal data processing rules published on the web–site https://cart-power.com/ and accessible at the web-address: https://cart-power.com/legal-documentations/privacy-policy/ (hereinafter referred to as Rules),

I, as a subject of personal data, hereinafter referred to as User, by sending information via contact forms (hereinafter, each form and all of them together – Contact form, Contact forms, Form, Forms), getting registered for the purpose of using the web-site https://cart-power.com/ and its service (hereinafter – Site, Service) give my full, unconditional and explicit consent (hereinafter – Consent) to processing of my personal data on the following conditions:

1. This Consent has been issued by me to Cart-Power LLP, Stoney Works, 8 Stoney Lane, London, United Kingdom, SE19 3BD (hereinafter referred to as Operator).

2. This Consent has been issued to processing of the personal data and any other data submitted by the User via Forms by filling in text fields and/or via files attached to the Forms, specifically:

– Surname, name, patronymic, email, phone number, address, other similar information provided by the User that makes it possible to unambiguously identify a personal data subject.

– Data automatically transmitted during the visit to the site page: the IP address of the User, cookies, browser details, the time of the visit, the URL of the visited page, the referrer (the address of the previous visited page);

– the statistics of IP addresses.

3. This Consent to processing of the personal data has been issued for the following purposes:

– Performance of agreements on giving the User access to the Site, site content and service, and site administration;

– identification of the User during registration on the Site and during use of the Service;

– provision of Service to the User and processing of requests submitted by the User;

– establishing feedback including sending notifications and requests;

– confirmation of the completeness of the provided personal data;

– conclusion of contracts, execution of settlements and payments;

– statistics collection by the Operator;

– improvement of the quality and usability of the Site and Service, development of new services;

– conducting marketing activities, sending offers by the Operator and receiving them by the User, for the purpose of promoting the services of the Operator, including through direct contacts.

The User hereby acknowledges, understands and agrees that for the above-stated purposes, the Operator is entitled to gather and process additional information about the User obtained during the process of User’s using the Site, its content or Service, or from third-parties, such as technical means of User’s interaction with the Site (including mobile devices) and technology enabling User’s interaction with the Site (IP address, operational system, browser, geolocation, Internet provider, etc.), User activity on the Site and/or during Service use, cookies, error messages displayed to the User, downloaded files, video and tools, as well as other data obtained by the methods permitted by the personal data processing rules; to dispose the statistical information related to the functioning of the Site and/or Service as well as User information for the purposes of organizing the operation and technical support of the Site and/or Service and the execution of this Agreement.

4. This Consent to processing of the personal data has been issued in a mixed way (automatically and without automation).

When processing personal data, the Operator is entitled to gather, record, systematize, collect, store, revise (update, modify), recall, use, transfer (distribute, present, allow access), depersonalize, lock, delete, remove User’s personal information.

5. The User hereby confirms that:

5.1. the User has read and agrees that the Operator does not sell or disclose User’s personal information. The Operator is entitled to disclose or transfer User’s personal information to third-parties only in the following cases:

-when required by law or authorities in compliance with legal procedures

-data transfer is necessary for the User to use the Site https://cart-power.com or to provide products/service to the Use

-the user has expressed his Consent to such actions by expressing his Consent to the provision of such data.

5.2. the User gives his Consent to processing the personal data referred to in point 2 of this Consent to persons referred to in point 1 of this Consent, and confirms that the Operator has informed him of consequences of not providing the personal data when providing the data is required by law.

5.3. the User has been informed of possibility of revoking this Consent by personal application or by submitting a written request including an electronic document signed by a simple or reinforced qualified electronic signature addresses to the persons referred to in point 1 of this Consent, as well as informed of having the right to revoke this Consent to stop processing by the persons referred to in point 1 of this Consent of all personal data referred to in point 2 of this Consent as well as specifically biometrical personal data if such information is required by the Operator and provided by the User.

5.4. the User has been informed that the persons referred to in point 1 of this Consent are entitled to continue processing the personal data of the User after User’s withdrawal of the Consent, and likewise after expiration of the Consent.

5.5. the User agrees to receive advertising and information materials, and has been informed by the Operator of the possibility and procedure of withdrawal of this Consent.

6. This Consent shall become effective when accepted and may be withdrawn by the User by submitting a written request in an arbitrary form to the Operator by email at [email protected] or by other method confirming the fact of the receipt by the Operator.

7. This Consent is valid for an indefinite period until the withdrawal by the User. The Consent ceases to have effect from the date indicated in the User’s application for revocation of the Consent to personal data processing but not earlier than the date following the date of the Operator’s actual receipt of the application.

8. The date of preparation, acceptance and submission of the Consent is the moment of selecting the corresponding check-box (or pressing the corresponding button) in a Form and/or pressing the form submission button on any page of the Site and/or Service.

9. The User provides his personal details by attaching files to a Form or filling in fields of a Form during the registration procedure on the Site through his personal mobile device or personal computer.

10. The User has been informed that the Operator is liable to him for the actions of the person, processing the User’s personal data, to whom the Operator issued the corresponding order.
