What you will do:
- Developing and maintaining the corporate culture: focusing on team cohesion, managing the mood of the team, creating a comfortable atmosphere and running corporate events regularly (Saturday activities, team building, trips out of town and so on)
- Developing and delivering HR branding projects: monthly meetups, taking part in video production, preparing materials and HR articles for the company website, introducing new ideas for the employer brand
- Running the full cycle of sourcing, selecting and assessing candidates for open positions
- Taking an active part in onboarding: welcome meetings, introducing newcomers to the team, surveys and one-to-one meetings, overseeing mentoring and the probation period, improving the onboarding process
- Supervising intern training programmes
- Communicating with everyone in the team and looking after their comfort in the office
- Maintaining HR records, tracking working hours and liaising with the accountant
What we expect from you:
- Experience in HR management, in the IT sector specifically
- Public speaking skills and experience running meetups
- Experience organising and running corporate events
- Excellent communication skills, independence, initiative, a focus on results, and articulate spoken and written language.
- English at pre-Intermediate level or above
- You are an extrovert and enjoy working with people
