Redesign

A redesign is riskier than a new build. The store already has traffic, rankings and customers who know where things are, and all of it has to survive the change.
Loopazon is the clearest example: we documented what happened to its search visibility through the redesign, because that is the question every owner asks and few agencies answer. Steel Racing was migrated to CS-Cart and redesigned in the same project. K9 Shop combined a platform upgrade with a new interface and automated accounting. Garage AAC redesigned the default CS-Cart mobile application into something customers were willing to use.
In each case the sequence mattered: audit first, then structure, then visual design, with URLs and rankings protected throughout. A redesign that loses organic traffic has not paid for itself no matter how it looks.
